B. Automatically Collected Information (Usage and Technical Data)
When you access and use the App, we automatically collect certain technical data about your device and usage activity:
- Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Device ID, Advertising ID), mobile network information, and browser type.
- Log Data: Details of how you use the App, access times and dates, pages viewed, features used, crash data, and system activity.
- Location Information: We may collect general location information (e.g., based on your IP address) to provide localized services. We only collect precise location data with your explicit consent.
C. Information from Third-Party Sources
The Academy Section loads videos hosted on third-party platforms like YouTube (via embedded links). When you interact with this content, the third-party provider's privacy policy (e.g., YouTube/Google's) applies to any information they collect.

Upon account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized, subject to a reasonable administrative and backup retention period (typically up to 90 days), unless a longer period is required for legal compliance.
- Enquiry and Lead Data: This data is retained for a maximum of 18 months from the date of collection to allow for lead tracking, analysis, and quality assurance.
- Automatically Collected Data: This data (e.g., log files) is generally retained for a shorter period, typically up to 12 months.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- With Other Users: Information you publish (e.g., Business Listing, Contact Details, Product Information) is inherently visible to other App Users to facilitate business transactions and networking.

- Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, or to detect, prevent, and address fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
